How to Participate in Utah Fits All Program

Parents agree that the Utah Fits All scholarship funds will be applied toward tuition and related educational expenses as outlined in the pricing structure. - Special Education Support:
Families should note that by using Utah Fits All funds at Athenian Academy, special education services typically available in public schools will not be provided. Parents are responsible for arranging any necessary accommodations or support for their child’s special education needs. - Compliance Requirements:
Students and parents must comply with the academy’s behavior and attendance policies, including regular attendance, adherence to the code of conduct, and meeting academic obligations. - Attendance Termination:
Athenian Academy reserves the right to dismiss students for failure to comply with the agreement. Tuition is charged per semester, and refunds will not be provided for early withdrawal.
Parents and guardians will be required to sign the agreement to acknowledge and confirm their understanding of these terms.
